Saskachewan Association for Firearms Education
Despite the name of the organization, they don't manage administering the CFSC anymore (since 2003). They do however run the hunters education program.
Their instructors may also offer the CFSC as well, and may combine it with the hunters education class. So if for some reason you don't really want to call the Firearms Office you can visit their Contact Page and find the director for your zone and contact them to see if they can help you.
